Free arrival at the village of Fiastra, accommodation at the Logge inn in Urbisaglia, a medieval village where the Roman past is still visible today, with the amphitheater, the walls and the temple, while its medieval origins can be found in the castro de orbe saglia on the top of the hill. Nearby, the Chiaravalle di Fiastra abbey from 1142 and the lake of the same name.
At the inn there is a restaurant where you can eat local specialties, after which you can also request a packed lunch

An itinerary of great naturalistic interest in one of the most particular sites of the Sibillini Park where the erosion of atmospheric agents, over time, has shaped the rock in suggestive and spectacular shapes, forming a small red canyon. Last day of the excursion, a very interesting route from a naturalistic point of view where you can grasp the symbolic and therapeutic value that man and the monks of the Rio Sacro Abbey have attributed to herbs and plants over the centuries. .
