Guided tour of the city of Porto, one of the oldest cities in Europe and whose historic center has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Panoramic tour on the characteristic Barcos Rebelos, formerly used to transport the barrels of wine from the vineyards of the Douro region to the cellars of Porto. Wine tasting and visit to one of the historic cellars of the city. Transfer by car to the Grand Hotel do Luso (about 100 km), where you will spend this stay of pure relaxation. 60 minutes await you inside the Acqua Sensations area of Terme do Luso, a space where you can enjoy Hammam, Sauna, Ice Source, Swedish Shower and Aroma Therapy, Interactive thermal water pool and a relaxation room with ambient music where you can taste various waters of the Luso region. Breakfast and departure with private driver for Aviero, a pretty city characterized by its canli, where through an urban trekking, we will explore the country with the guide, without losing the opportunity to take a short boat ride, to follow a moment of relaxation with the tasting of Ovos Moles, the city's traditional pastry. The walk ends towards the new coast, a long sea dotted with colorful striped wooden houses. Return to the hotel where you will be offered some relaxation treatments: 7 minutes of jet showers and 30 minutes of localized back massage.

Day dedicated to self trekking in Mata Do Bussaco, just two kilometers from the hotel (reachable on foot or by taxi).
The protected area within the Bussaco forest offers several routes to choose from.
The boundaries of the park are delimited by walls to limit access and there is a C onvent, built to house the members of the order. In addition to the Convent of Santa Cruz we find another beautiful building, currently used as a hotel, the Palace Hotel do Bussaco. From the information point there are various routes of different duration and difficulty to discover the different natural and architectural attractions that the park offers. At the end of the visit, return to the hotel for 30 minutes of Acqua Sensations and 60 minutes of Exfoliating, Detoxifying and Moisturizing Treatment. Dinner and overnight.

Breakfast at the hotel and departure by car with your driver to reach Coimbra, a historic city that houses one of the oldest universities in the world and the oldest in Portugal and, inside, the Joanina Library, considered one of the most spectacular Baroque libraries of Europe. Guided tour of the University, the Library and the Royal Chapel. Back to the hotel and time to relax with a 40-minute massage with aromatherapy. Dinner and overnight.

Breakfast and departure on foot to reach the Mata do Bussaco and discover new routes. Return to the hotel and start of the treatments: 30 minutes of Facial Ritual and 30 minutes of Acqua Sensations.
