You will be welcomed in traditional houses and you will get to know the small minorities of the place, such as the Red Dao or the Xa Pho, and you will walk in the small and characteristic villages surrounded by green terraces planted with rice and wonderful mountains. An unmissable journey out of the usual paths to discover an unusual Vietnam and to be amazed by breathtaking panoramas.

(Ecolodge - Lech Dao - Ban Moi - Ecolodge)
This excursion will take you through the rice terraces, you will pass the river and follow the path on the slope to the Red Dao and Lech Dao villages. Packed lunch on the top of the hill or in a local house enjoying the surrounding breathtaking views. After lunch, you will arrive at Ban Moi village, which is also inhabited by the Red Dao minority. Here you will have the opportunity to experience the life of the inhabitants of the country and visit local schools. From the village you will then follow the hill path to the main road, enjoying the wonderful surrounding views of the peaks, the endless rice terraces, and the beautiful Muong Bo river. You will arrive at the Topas Ecolodge after another 15 minutes of walk on the main road.

(Ecolodge - Mount Silverstone - Supan - Ecolodge)
This long journey will take you to the highest point of the peak behind the Ecolodge. The route implies a relatively steep climb but is rather short. From the top of Mount Silverstone, you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the Ban Ho and Thanh Kim valleys. The descent is more gentle, you will pass through two small and beautiful villages of the Black H’mong, hidden in the forest.

Overnight stay at Topas Eco Lodge.
You will be taken to Hoang Lien National Park, the starting point of today's trek, in the minority village of Thanh Phu. You will walk through the hills covered with rice fields and you will be able to enjoy magnificent views over the valley and meet animals such as water buffaloes, mountain goats, and pigs, owned by the minorities of Tay and Red Dao.
When you pass through the village you will realize that you are outside the conventional circuits, you will notice how local people are interested and happy to see you. Along the way, you will have beautiful views of the Hoang Lien mountain and some of the largest rice fields in the Sapa area. Lunch is a picnic, served in beautiful spaces. After lunch, you will pass to one of the many colorful villages in the area, the Blue Hmong. The walk will end soon and you will arrive in the Red Dao minority area of the Nam Cang village. Your accommodation is in the Nam Cang Riverside Lodge, located a few meters from the river, with its suspension bridge and next to the jungle. The camp is owned by a local Red Dao family and built as a small inn with several separate beds and double rooms. The afternoon is perfect for exploring the silent village or for a swim in the river.

Dinner and overnight stay in the structure.
You will wake up with the sound of the river and probably with children swimming near the camp. You will have the opportunity to have breakfast on the large terrace on the river with a splendid morning view. Today your excursion will take you to the highest point of the mountain, the routes are used only by local farmers and you will have to cross some rivers before seeing the village of Nam Ngan. You can visit a typical house and see the living conditions in the depths of the mountains, maybe you will be served a cup of tea or maybe some rice or wine, as hospitality is very important for these people. Now the path will be wider and you will soon reach My Son, the village of one of the smallest tribes in this area, the Xa Pho. After lunch, you will end your excursion near the Muong Bo river and then return to Sapa.
At 05:00 pm a private car will take you from Sapa to Lao Cai where you will take the night train to Hanoi.

Arrive in Hanoi early in the morning, transfer to a small hotel for breakfast and to rest a little.
Transfer to the airport in time for the return flight.

For Italian citizens, an entry visa to Vietnam (single entry) is not required for stays in the country that do not exceed the duration of 15 days. A passport is required, which must be valid for 6 months and must have 1 free page. For longer stays, the visa is obtained on arrival (1 passport photo and payment on the spot of 25 USD) and passport data must be sent to Go Asia no later than 2 weeks before departure. Visas are obtained on-site upon arrival.
