SHORT TREKKING

Our favorite Short Trekking is what we like to call "Hiking between History and Nature": an excursion during which you will meet Phoenician remains, Punic-Roman structures, palaces and strongholds of the Knights of San Giovanni and fortifications of the First and Second World War. The route winds along the north-east coast in a ring tour that also runs through short portions of the hinterland. Ideally you start walking at 9.00 am (for the pick-up at the hotel, the appointment is at 08:30 am ). For the short trek it is also possible to start the excursion in the early afternoon.
Breakfast and full day excursion, a perfect option to spend an entire day is to combine a morning trek with a "discovery" walk in the afternoon.

Gozo is only a third of Malta large, but nevertheless it offers magnificent walks. Getting to Gozo from Malta is easy, but you have to keep in mind the transfer times (ferry-boat) which, although contained it affect the timing of the excursion. Also for this reason, speaking of Gozo we prefer to propose the formula "Hike & amp; Visit", in order to make the most of the day. A magnificent Hike & amp; Visit to Gozo consists of a Trekking in the north-western region of the island. You will leave from the village of Nadur, known for its grotesque carnival and for its delicious Gozitan ftiras, you will pass through the famous Ramla Bay, the beach of Calipso, the most beautiful of the archipelago, for the scenic Tal-Mixta cave and for the small and picturesque bay of Dahlet Qorrot with its typical docks carved out of stone to then return to Nadur for a lunch break. You start walking at 09:30 am (by calculating the transfer times with the ferry-boat, the pick-up at the hotel is at 08:00 am). After the lunch break, around 15:00 pm,you will move to the Citadel of Victoria for the discovery walk. You will return to Malta around 05:30pm.
