In the early morning transfer to Angkor Wat to watch the sunrise. An aperitif will be served at a local house and to follow dinner is offered in street food mode in the streets of Siem Reap, at a local restaurant where they serve traditional saak koh ang (grilled meat with raw and fresh vegetables) accompanied by local beer or drinks. The evening continues with a visit to the night market and ends at the riverside to enjoy a traditional dessert. These gastronomic discoveries guarantee an evening full of flavors to taste!

The morning is dedicated to local cuisine, a course will be offered at a restaurant near the market, where you will go to buy the ingredients and then discover the secrets of preparing authentic Khmer recipes.
In the afternoon you will visit the NGO Phare Ponleu Selpak. The association was created to help young Cambodians in conditions of extreme poverty with school assistance from primary to high school, founded by refugees who returned to the country after the Khmer Rouge dictatorship. It was born as a school of visual arts and will be told by one of their guides.
